Hello This is very usefull in my field as we design Shopping malls and use Architects drawings to quickly draw over their lines for what is needed in another location in model space then draw our own design over the traced lines. Is there a way to incorporate the pline command in Lee's lisp routine so the command first starts with Pline then automatically moves the object 20 in in left direction? You may want to Explode the objects a couple of time. After getting it down to lines, you can erase whatever lines you don't want to keep.

If you're drawing a 3D solid, and want to project it onto a single plan. Like project an isometric view to 2D shapes, then there are a few more steps. After you have your 3D objects, change your workspace view from model space to paper space. Create a viewport and zoom in on the objects you want to project. Run SOLPROF, select the viewport, select the objects, and run through the commands. Make sure to project onto a single plane and to put hidden lines on a separate layer. If you now look into your layers, there should be two new layers.

One should be labeled something like PH- followed by a bunch of numbers and letters, and the other will be PV-, followed by the same bunch of numbers and letters. These are your elements of projected geometry. The PH layer is the hidden layer.

The PV is the visible layer. The geometry on these layers should also now be blocks. You can do whatever you want with them. Move them, delete the other objects. Whatever you'd like.
